welcome!

I empower parents and caregivers to help their kiddos communicate.

With an encouraging, honest, non-judgmental approach, I provide parents with the support they need to go from uncertain to certain; helpless to hopeful; confused to confident.

This is accomplished by using a mix of expertise, evidenced based practices, coaching, educating families, using proven strategies, providing opportunities to practice/fail/succeed and direct feedback. I am my families’ biggest cheerleader.

I am an ASHA certified and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), and owner of Randolph Speech Therapy, PLLC.  My professional experience includes working with children in the areas of early intervention, speech, language, feeding, fluency, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

My goal is to give you the tools necessary to help your little one express themselves and connect with others through communication. You can receive coaching from me on The Talking Toddler Podcast, become a part of my email community, and/or inquire about speech therapy services.

I received my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Early Childhood/Special Education with a Reading Endorsement from the University of Idaho and a Master’s of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from Idaho State University.

Previously, I have worked in homes, outpatient clinics, school settings, and in acute care.  Currently I provide skilled services to families through telehealth (i..e., telepractice or teletherapy); which has allowed me to treat those in underserved areas. I also provide information, tips and tricks, action steps and mindset shifts to help parents encourage their toddlers to talk or talk more on The Talking Toddler Podcast.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband, walking on the beach, photography, listening to music, watching baseball (Go Padres!), and playing with our rescue pup, Maddie.
